30 funny, weird or outrageous reasons shared on Twitter

It’s always interesting to find nicknames that some people have used or still have, and the story behind these names. With this in mind, a Twitter user named @Lapsedcat decided to share the story of what became known as “Mr Words” in his office using the word “trebuchet”. The tweet, which received more than 12,000 likes, encouraged others online to share the bizarre and funny reasons why they were teased and “got” a funny nickname. Many of these people got their nickname because of the words they used in their speeches that seemed too complex for others to understand and became the perfect way to tease them for knowing more complex words.
